Misting Group high-pressure misting systems will create a dense fog of micro-droplets. These micro-droplets will encapsulate the dust particles and increase their mass, forcing them to fall down instead of spreading around. This will not only improve the working conditions of the workers, it will also increase safety through improved visibility on the construction site

Misting cannons
For larger volumes, we recommend our powerful misting cannons. These cannons are equipped with a powerful fan, blowing the mist up to 80m far. Fog cannons are very easy to move and, due to the power of the fan, less subject to wind.
Modular misting lines
For smaller volumes we opt for our modular misting lines, also called nozzle lines. These nozzle lines are connected to a Misting Group HP Pro Box, which evaporates the water under a pressure of 70 bar. Misting Group offers HP PRO Boxes in different sizes, ranging from 1l/min up to 21l/min. On request, we can offer systems up to 70l/min or even 100l/min.
Heavy Dust Engine
Our Heavy Dust Engine has extremely powerful nozzles to fight the dust at its origin. The system is installed on the hydraulic system of the machine and connected to a waterreservoir. The nozzles are installed directly on the cutter, drill, …. of the machine.
