Misting lines
Based on a thermal and hygrometric value calculation, misting lines with nozzles will be suspended at a specific height over the area in order to spread a homogeneous mist of micro-droplets over the entire area, increasing the humidity level without wetting the infrastructure.
The misting lines are connected to a 70 bar Misting Group HP Pro Box that will create a homogeneous mist of micro-droplets. These micro-droplets will instantly mix with the air and increase the level of humidity.
To increase the humidity in offices, libraries and other public spaces we usually opt to integrate our misting technologies directly into the ventilation circuit.
Misting split
The misting split is recommended to regulate the hygrometry in smaller indoor facilities, but can also perfectly be used for adiabatic cooling in covered outdoor spaces.
The system has a range of 7m and can be automated by a timer and/or a temperature and humidity sensor. The Misting Group misting split is available in different discrete colors.
Nozzles in ventilation ducts
Our Misting Group anti-drip nozzles will be installed in the ventilation ducts and increase humidity in the air flow. This way, humidified air will be blown directly into the rooms via the ventilation vents.
Extra advantages:
The internal nebulisation will also encapsulate and aggravate dust particles in the airflow, preventing the spread of the dust in the ventilated rooms.
This system is also frequently used to disinfect the ventilation ducts, preventing bacteria and thus resulting in a cleaner air.
The disinfectant can be added to the mist via the integrated dosing pump.
